Design a Poster – Help Keep Perivale Clean!

We’re inviting children in Perivale to take part in our first-ever Perivale Community Partnership Competition for 2025! The challenge: design a bold and creative poster encouraging dog owners to pick up after their pets. The winning design will be proudly displayed on streets across Perivale.

About the Competition

This competition marks the launch of the Perivale Community Partnership – a local initiative focused on building a cleaner, greener, and more connected Perivale.

Our very first campaign puts the spotlight on community care – and who better to lead the message than our local kids?

Competition Details

Theme: Encouraging dog owners to clean up after their pets

What to submit: An A4 poster – drawings, paintings, or digital designs are all welcome

Deadline: 21st July 2025

Posters can be submitted privately or through local schools

Children will also be asked to share a few thoughts about their design

Who Can Enter?

This competition is open to all nursery, school-aged children, and young people under 17 living in Perivale

Submissions accepted individually or via schools

Poster Guidelines

Your poster should:

  • Include a clear and friendly message about picking up after dogs
  • Be eye-catching and easy to read from a distance
  • Reflect your unique creative style – all formats welcome

  • Does your message stand out in a kind and creative way?
  • Would it make someone smile and think twice?
