Design instructions

What should your
poster include?

Your poster will be displayed in public spaces across Perivale — make it bold, bright, and easy to read from a distance.

01
A clear message
Let people know why it is important to clean up after themselves. Your message should be direct and motivating.
02
Bright colours & bold text
Use contrasting colours that grab attention. Something people will see and understand quickly.
03
Big, readable font
Make it easy to read from far away. Imagine someone walking past — would they be able to read it clearly?
📐 Poster size
Your design should be A4 size (landscape or portrait). Leave a little space around the edges so no important text or drawings are cut off.
📤 Submitting your poster
• Must be a clear high-quality scan (not a photo)
• A parent, carer, or teacher must submit
• Upload online using the form provided
